Hello,
When I make a reservation, I do not receive an email, the administrator's email does not work, nor does the email of the person who made the reservation.

I have configured my email in WordPress with the "WP mail SMTP" plugin. and I have the "Use PHPMailer" option active within Booking.

Can you help me?

Hi @pepaclaro.

Have you checked your spam folders or tried receiving notifications from a different admin email address?

Also, what version of our plugin are you using?

i´m using 3.2.1 version

Yes, i was cheked the spam folders in either emails.

Hi @pepaclaro.

Try to disable the “Use PHPMailer” option and then check it again.
