# Email authentication code does not work

 * Hello,
    I’m trying to setup a two factor authentication for my multisite (wordpress
   network) but it doesn’t seem to work.
 * I activated your plugin in my network and set it up correctly (inside the single
   user profiles) for different sub-sites but the email, that contains the authentication
   code, doesn’t reach the user.
 * I even use an SMTP plugin configuration to make sure that my sites are able to
   send emails.
 * Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this and make the 2FA effective?
