Email Customizer not loading

    Hi there,

    I have just installed the plugin on WordPress 5.4.2–en. I am currently using a custom child theme off of the twentytwenty theme, using wp_enqueue_scripts.

    The plugin doesn’t load at all for me, I can only see source code, and it doesn’t appear to be rendered. See attached screenshot link.

    Do you have any suggestions please?

    That seems odd. Have you tried activating a standard theme, have you tried deactivating plugins.

    Hi @bexolo,
    I have not heard of others experiencing that. Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting? I suggest starting there. Let me know if there’s no change!
