 * When trying to send a test purchase email I receive the following errors:

 * With further testing I have narrowed this error down to when an addon has a price
   of 0

 * Add on price needs to default to 0.00 to avoid the error.

 * Thanks for the suggestion. We are looking into it. Once done we will update this
   in our next version.
