    I have questions
    1- How do I make email non-mandatory for questions and answers?
    Some do not want to publish e-mail for fear of annoying advertisements or want more privacy
    2- How can the answer be exclusive from store supervisors?
    3- How to customize questions and answers?
    Reduce steps
    Instead of having a search bar for an answer
    It should be something quick and easy to interact with instead of opening a new window
    Very simple (rectangle, write the question and a send icon)

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    1. There isn’t an option to remove the mandatory for questions and answers.

    2. The questions and answers are moderated, you can delete them in the admin area > Reviews > Q&A.

    3. If you are familiar with coding, please follow the solution below to override default templates of our plugin.
