    Please check if the payment status (see iDEAL » Payments in your WordPress dashboard) has been correctly updated after a successful payment.

    If the payment status is correct, any further processing – such as sending e-mails – is done by the ‘e-commerce plugin’ that you’re using (i.e. Gravity Forms, WooCommerce). Use a plugin such as WP Mail Logging to check if the mail has been sent from WordPress and is possibly stuck along the route (for example issues with the sending mail server or it has ended up in the spam folder).

    If the payment status is still ‘Pending’, there might be an issue with the transaction feedback. Please check your configuration details (in WordPress via iDEAL » Configuration » [ Choose configuration ] as well as in the dashboard of your payment provider) and server logs for any issues.

    The payment status is completed . I have used here http://flyerbazar.nl/asamai/donate-online/ . with woocommerce , mails are sending . But i used for donation . After payment , it is not sending mails.

    The forms functionality provided by the plugin doesn’t support e-mail notifications, unfortunately. There’s a todo for this on our list, so it will be added in the future, but at the moment there’s no solution yet – sorry.
