Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have checked everywhere but didn’t see. I have tested other booking plugins and they send email without problems. But your plugin is the most suited one for my usage. So, I want to make it work. FYI, I am using Mailgun for mailing.

Maybe the issue comes from the “Mailgun”? We didn’t test our plugin with it. Is that a WordPress plugin?
Also, what version of our plugin are you using?

I am using WP Mail SMTP plugin with Mailgun(Email Service) as mailer. If the issue is from Mailgun, other plugins should have the same problem as well.
I am using Version 2.9.1.

Also, navigate to the Booking calendar Themes page > Notifications tab. Check the fields “Email From:” and type there only your email instead of [useremail].
