Email Notification for declined orders

    Hi,

    Is woocommerce is capable of having auto email notification
    for declined orders?

    I have woocommerce site which uses paypal as payment gateway and i have a specific product that every purchases made it needs to have a manual payment review under paypal.

    My problem is if i decline my customer’s order there’s no email notification from the woocommerce to my customer.
