email notification not working

    Hello,

    I have installed and configured Simple Job Board plugin along with Simple Job Board Email Attachment extension.
    Everything seems to work fine, except email notification to applicant and RHs (email to admin works fine).
    I checked SJB configuration and everything looks ok to me.
    What I don’t understand is that applicant notification worked at the beginning when I first installed the Simple Job Board plugin without email attachment extension. Then,I installed email attachment extension, did different configuration testings and email notification problem occured.
    I desinstalled and reinstalled SJB plugins, but the problem remains.

    Can you please help me ?

    Hello coolweb91,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It might be due to plugins conflict or code present in your site. Please try the following steps and find out the conflict either it’s in SJB plugin or extension:

    1- Check the SPAM/Junk folder for email notifications.

    2- Deactivate your website all plugins except for SJB and Email extension, switch your activated theme to any WP Twenty theme and then see this issue. If it does not resolve your problem then go to step 2.

    3 – Deactivate Email Attachment extension and then check the email notification with SJB plugin. Let us know either you get the notifications or not.
