    Hi,

    I’ve been following this link to fix.

    1. I have enabled the “[User Email] New Coupon Usage / Commission Earned” notification on the email tab and set the “From Email” and “From Name”, for “From Email” I set the same email as in my Fluent SMTP plugin.

    2. Yes, I’m using the Fluent SMTP plugin, the plugin working fine, woocommerce and other plugins can send email without problem.

    3. I’ve installed the WP mail logging plugin as mentioned in the guide to see the error, I make a test to trigger the email but there’s no attempt at all showing from Woo Coupon Affiliate plugin sending email.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @fahrulzul

    Thanks for the message.

    Could you double-check that the coupon that is being used has a user assigned to it? It will only send the “New Coupon Usage” email notifications if this is the case.

    I miss the sentence “(and the order is “completed”)” in the description.
    Sorry, my bad. The email notification works when the order status is completed.
