    …adding an email custom field in New ticket form and sending notification to the address specified would be good as well….

    I tried using Macros in Additional Recipients but no luck….

    Is there any way?

    Hello @maxguerra,

    We are going to add a feature as you can add additional recipients while creating a ticket. The create ticket notification will be sent to added emails. This feature is in the development queue and will be available in future versions.
