Wow, this is a challenging rquest! I will see if i can manage that.
Sorry Jacob, don’t want to make your life too easy 😉
It looks i am going to nail this!
Is your wp version 5.0 or higher? (for other changes i am making, i need to know before i can give you a pre-release).
Hi Jacob
thanks for this, it really is appreciated. I’m on WP 5.2.1
Kevin
I reverted the changes that would require wp 5.0 (internationilisation for javascript, because it does not work and if it would work, end users should have browsers not older than 3 years; one can not rely on that ….)
Pls do as explained here: https://wppa.nl/docs-by-subject/development-version/
From the changelog:
* The mailing of frontload upload notifications will now combine multiple photos in one notification email for photos that have the same owner and are in the same album, and the uploads have been done during a period of max 5 minutes.
Hi Jacob,
Is there a way to hide filenames please?
Jonathan
@jonhawkins Is this question about this topic?
Where would you hide filenames?
Woops! My error, sorry about that, should have started a new topic. The question related to displaying on the website.
Where on the website? A link please.
We are using the slide show which can be seen here. The committee have suggested hiding the file names.

@jonhawkins
On the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page untick Table II-B5: Photo name Display photo name.
Please open a new ticket next time if you have a question !!
Hi Jacob
just had time to test it out and it works perfectly, exactly what I was after.
So to help others, I uploaded 6 images to my recent photographs folder and it sent 1 email with thumbnails of the 6 images. Fantastic, thank you very much for this.
I presume I just update as normal when the plugin is updated.
Best regards
Kevin
Thanks and apologies again!
Jonathan
Yes, you will get updates as normal. Nice to know it suits your needs.
