    Hi, I just finished my website and am testing your booking plugin, but I’m getting the following messages:
    “email on book to administrator does not send”
    “email on book to user does not send”

    I have filled in all the required fields under notifications. Also I have tried disabling and re-enabling your plugin. I’m using version 1.9.6. To be clear, the reservation itself is visible from the dashboard.

    I have no clue why the emails are not being sent, but it is essential for the website that this functions. Can you help?

    Edit: I have tried both PHPmail enabled and disabled, but neither works.

    This kind of problems seem to occur for plugin users for once in a while so general guidance (instead of helping one at a time) would be really helpful.

    I have the same problem and so my plugin doesn’t send email notification during the reservation. I did check my WP/environment mail capabilities with “Check mail” -plugin (https://fi.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/) and no problem with mails generally.

    Wordpress: version 4.8
    Booking Calendar: 1.9.6

    Hi,

    I got mine working. Admin emails started to work after changing receiving address. Problem with user mails not working was that email field wasn’t marked as email field. Quite embarrassing but hope that helps some one else.
