    Hope you’re well today and sorry for the delay on this one 🙁

    Could you please add more information so we can troubleshoot this faster.

    When you say some of accounts are not receiving emails does that mean all new accounts or just some get through and some don’t?

    If none of the new ones goes trough please check if default WordPress registration process is sending mails to new subscribers. This way we’ll know if the issue is related to the plugin or not.
