• Had not been getting emails for orders for a week or so, for no obvious reason. Spent some time tonight and found I had multiple copies of email templates.

    Deleted them all and regenerated defaults. Yay – all working.

    Spent some time playing with footers etc., doing multiple deleting of templates and recreating them. All seemed OK…but, now, just as I was happy with the last changes, regenerating defaults does not create any emails 🙁

    Whatever I do, and I cannot get any email templates.

    Only possible clue is that I emptied the trash bin of all deleted emails shortly before I saw this issue.

    How do I get my emails back so I know of orders etc!!??

    OK…just had an order and got emails. But the “emails” part of jigoshop setup still shows no emails.

    The email also had an old address for the business and using PhpMyAdmin to search for the old address shows a mismatch between what the front end JigoShop admin pages show as the setup details and the underlying database.

    Looks like the database is corrupted…so what do I do to sort this? Uninstall JigoShop and reinstall? Dont want to lose all my products etc etc!!
