# Email QR code

 * I have a problem with the plugin. I correctly disable email QR code in the plugin
   option + on each email I choose disable. But I still can see it in every email
   sent from the website. Why?

 * When you choose Hide QR from plugin settings option. This means that the QR code
   has been removed from the frontend. But the QR will always appear in the backend.

 * maybe I wasn’t clear so I apologize. Selecting both options in the previous screenshot
   then from the GENERAL OPTIONS of the Plugin or from the Single Email I still 
   see the QR in the front end.

 * clicking hide makes no difference whether I do it on the general settings in 
   the back end or the email settings also in the back end.
 * It looks also that is impossible to click on it…so its just an image.
 * Downloading the email message I receive I can also see where my code is ending(
   template html code) and just later I see the code added about the QR code. You
