Knowing there’s an issue and it’s not something I’m doing wrong is reassuring. 😉
As a work around I simply duplicated the email and sent it immediately. Problem solved for the meantime.

I deleted and recreated my NL, but the same problem occurs.
The sending is always stucked (in pause) with the same error message :
“Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet sending service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve this issue.”
our domain is @fondationcotrel.org
In the meantime, i have set our own SMTP server to send the campain.
