# “Email Server Problem” when submitted

 * We have a contact form at: [http://theroyaloakateydon.co.uk/contact/](http://theroyaloakateydon.co.uk/contact/)
 * …but when a message is submitted it comes up with “Email Server Problem”. My 
   ISP has thoroughly checked things out their end and say that all is fine there.
   The message is received via email…it just comes up with the wrong response message?
 * Any help much appreciated.

 * Looks like you are using the [Bridge](http://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054)
   theme. The contact form is probably created via the theme rather than a secondary
   plugin. Try checking the [theme support](https://qode.ticksy.com/?envato_item_id=7315054).
