    Hi @codepeople2

In the Form Processing/Email Settings tab, is it possible to also capture the user who fills out the form? Several users have access to it, and I would like to identify who submits each response.

    Thank you

    Hello @ohtusabes

Yes, of course. You can capture all the data collected by the form, including the email address, if you have an email field in the form.

You need only to enter the <%INFO%> tag in the email content if you want to receive a summary of the data collected by the form.

Learn more about the fields and informative tags you can include in the notification emails by reading the following section in the plugin documentation:

    Best regards.

    Hi @codepeople2

That’s the point. I don’t have an email field in the form. Each WordPress user logs in and fills out the form, so my question is whether it’s possible to collect the WordPress user’s information upon form submission.

    Thank you

    Hello @ohtusabes

I understand now what you need, and I apologize for any confusion. Yes, it is possible to collect the information of the logged-in user. However, in this case, you will need the DS fields provided with the Developer and Platinum plugin distribution.

Learn more about the DS fields by reading the following blog post:

    Best regards.
