Email shows wrong quantity

    Hi YITH Team,

    Here my issue on the “Request a quote page”: if the user doesn’t click on the “update list” button, the email sent shows the wrong quantity (always the default value which is “1”)

    Ecco il mio problema sulla pagina di richista della quotazione: se l’utente non aggiorna la lista cliccando sull’apposito pultante, la mail non mostra la quantita’ corretta ma il valore di default (“1”).

    Hi there,

    Of course, you have to update the quote list. Otherwise, the quantity won’t be updated. There isn’t another way.

    Unfortunately, I think that users are not so smart. Is it possible to add the “quote list updating” function even to the “send” button?

    In your premium version, do you manage just the quantities without prices and total? If yes, does the user need to update the quote list?
