Email template

Hi,

I would like to modify the email templates and make them translatable/multilingual.
I tried several options:
1. with the add-on pmpro email template, I could change the email template, but the text strings don’t appear as translated (I use wpml to translate).
2. I copied the email html files from pmpro to my theme in a folder: my theme_paid-memberships-pro _ email. (I deactivated the add-on pmpro email template). And modified the text in these files, but the email sent to the new user is still the old one.

Is there any option to modify the email templates and make them multilingual/ translatable?
