I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced regarding QSM email templates. After reviewing your issue, I find it unusual that the email templates for quizzes became inactive before October 2024. Could you please confirm whether this affects all quizzes created using the QSM plugin?
Additionally, I’d like to confirm:
- Are you experiencing this issue after updating to the latest version?
- Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that the QSM plugin version is outdated. The latest version is 10.0.2, and the email templates should be displayed as shown in this screenshot link. Could you please share a screenshot of your email section using the latest version?
- Are you using any caching plugins? Sometimes, caching or conflicts with other plugins may affect updates.
- Have you set any conditions in the email templates? In the latest version, you can now mark an email template as the default and access several enhanced features for both email templates and the results page.
