# Email validation problem

 * Hello,
 * In my form at the bottom of the page, when a person writes his email, he can 
   write [prenel.thomas@gmail.co](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-validation-problem-2/prenel.thomas@gmail.co?output_format=md)
   and the mail is sent anyway.
 * How can I fix it because I want the email address to be exactly correct [prenel.thomas@gmail.COM](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-validation-problem-2/prenel.thomas@gmail.COM?output_format=md)
