    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I am reaching out to report an issue regarding the configuration of automatic emails sent to students, instructors, and administrators, specifically related to the translation of certain parts of these email texts.

For example, in the email titled “Completed a Course”, I noticed that the different components of the email—the subject line, header, body text before the button, and footer—remain in English, even though they are translated into French and Arabic using the Loco Translate plugin. This happens regardless of whether the site is set to French or Arabic.

I have verified that these texts exist in the “tutor-pro.pot” file located in the directory “/wp-content/plugins/tutor-pro/languages/”. Furthermore, the pro-fr_FR.po and pro-fr_FR.mo files are correctly generated and stored in the directory “/wp-content/languages/loco/plugins/”.

It seems there is an issue preventing the translations from being applied. Could you please escalate this matter to the technical team to resolve it?

Thank you in advance for your support and prompt attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears the issue you’re experiencing is related to the Tutor LMS Pro plugin, which handles the automatic emails and their translations. Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated to support for free products only, and the issue you’re facing falls under the Pro version.

    Best regards,
