embed script to page breaks when published

Okay hope someone can help me here I run a radio station that has a chatroom on a page yesterday I update WP to 4.2.2 and on the chat page gallery images had enlarged to full size instead of thumbnails. So I went into edit and reset them to thumbnails simply fixed.

But on publishing and saving the changes the embedded script for the chat room broke parts of the script had jumbled up. I repasted the script done a preview of the page and all back working but on Publish the script breaks again.

This is what happens to the scrip after publishing the -- async="" data-cfasync="false">// <![CDATA[ -- appears after --src="//st.chatango.com/js/gz/emb.js"--  and is jumbled up which prevents the chatroom from displaying.

I’m not script or code minded so I don’t know what is going wrong here or why it’s change when I Publish and save the page.

Is this a 4.2.2 bug and if so how can i fix it ? As i’m currently having to use a temp chatroom
