# embed short codes…where?

 * I’ve just installed the smooth slider plugin. Looks great on preview…Am using
   Speedy theme. It says to imbed the short code (there’s a quick embed tag and 
   a template code…but not where to put it? I am not a coder, computer person, etc.
   I have a child theme set up and I’ve also tried to put it in custom css (along
   with putting it in the index php. Where in the world does this sucker go..lol

 * The typical shortcode for something like that simply gets pasted into the page
   where it is intended to appear. Example:
