Embedding forms from Mailerlite

I want to embed a couple of forms to my website from Mailerlite so users can sign up to my mailing list.

Mailerlite provides the code to copy and paste on my website, but I can’t work out where/how to paste it on the pages I want.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some easy to follow, non-technical instructions on how to do this? (I use the Make theme on my site, in case that’s relevant.)
