# Embedding WordPress posts into HTML sites

 * Hey!
    I am currently using WordPress and a custom theme at simoperations.com (
   it’s actually MU but that doesn’t make any difference because, if needs must,
   i’ll just export and import into a single). I am working on making that site 
   into a static PHP site so I can achieve more stuff with MySQL. I want to build
   in my own user registration script, forums etc.
 * However, I want the posts on my wordpress site to stay! Apart from stripping 
   the theme and just using an iframe, is there any other way I can include the 
   wordpress posts into my new site.

 * (have to change to extension of .htm/.html pages to .php for this all to work
   tho)

 * Thanks RVoodoo, i’ll check those out later.
 * And in fact, I don’t have to change them to .php because of the way my site is
   being managed (html files included in php) 😛
