# Empty Audience

 * Hi,
 * I am trying to create a custom audience containing users who visit my landing
   page.
    No matter what I do, I always end up with an audience with zero people
   in it (and I do have traffic).
 * I went to the Custom Audiences tab, and tried both “Url contains” and “Url matches”,
   both with and without “[https://www.&#8221](https://www.&#8221); in the address.
 * When I created a custom audience for people who visited a blog category, that
   worked fine.
    Can you please help or suggest a workaround?

 * could you please share a screenshot with the settings of the custom audience?
   Also, allow some time to the custom audience in order to catch the traffic. Sometimes
   it takes some hours or even some days.
