 * Looking at your website’s source, I do not see the specific traces of caching
   being enabled. I.e. the comment in the source, or the http header.
 * Can you confirm that page caching is enabled?

 * I noted this was happening to me as well ([https://wordpress.org/support/topic/white-screen-with-wp-optimize/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/white-screen-with-wp-optimize/))
   once fixing the white screen problem.
 * Caching was enabled.
 * On a hunch, I disabled it and then re-abled it and the purge cache is back. [@martijntje](https://wordpress.org/support/users/martijntje/),
   perhaps this might work for you.
