# Empty cache not working

 * Title says it all. I make a change on my website, Empty all caches and I still
   don’t see the change on my site. I’ve seen this behavior after CSS changes, or
   even deactivating plugins or removing widgets. Page still loads as it was previously
   cached. (Even if I do a hard shift + refresh, or clear browser cache or use browser
   incognito mode, thereby eliminating any possibility that it’s browser cache.)
 * If it matters, I’m using APC for everything: Page Cache, Minify, Database Cache,
   and Object Cache.
