Empty Event witch Booking Option

    Hello Community,

    i use this plugin for long time.
    few days ago i have update this.

    after update, the events will be empty (no content, no time, no image) on my website. only a table with a selctor for count of tickets is display and the layout of the website.

    if i deactivate the booking-option of the event in wordpress, the content of the event is show. if i activate the option, the content is empty.

    i have deactivate all plugins. but the problem is the same.

    what can i do?

    Hello,

    Are you using the Free Version of EM or a Pro Version? If you’re using the Pro Version you could submit a Ticket on https://eventsmanagerpro.com/ for further help.

    Hello,

    Did update the plugin from a version that is few versions behind (ie: before implementation of timezones)? Can you try and edit an Event and make sure that the Timezone, Event Dates are properly set-up and Press the Update button.

    Please try and change theme also then test, just to make isolate the problem.

    hello,

    the installed version is Version 5.9.3
    i don’t know the old version.

    i have edit a event. the same problem.
    i have create a new event. also the same problem.

    i change the design and the problem was not solved.

    it is so sad. can you please help?

    can you try to disable all privacy settings under Events > Settings > General > Privacy ? also, are you using the latest wp version ?
