# Empty field – export orders

 * When I want to export my orders in a Excel, one field is always empty, although
   customers have completed the section. Can I adapt something so this field doesn’t
   come out empty anymore?

 * I can’t export the field ‘achternaam ouder’, the field comes out in the excel
   but the fiels are empty…

 * I still misunderstand what field is filled by customer. For each product or for
   order ?
   >> although customers have completed the section.Please, go to >WooCommerce
   >Orders, edit any order and share screenshot of area (with field value). You 
   can blur other details.

 * Hello,
 * This one, “billing_achternaamouder”
   The client filled in the field but there 
   has changed something in the institutions I think and now it doesn’t is exported
   anymore. They have filled in the field per order, not with each product.

 * Probably, field name changed ?
   Please, run PhpMyAdmin and review records in tabe
   wp_postmeta. Set filter post_id = Order ID.
 * use fresh Order ID!
