    First of all, sorry for my English. I just discovered your plugin which
   I like very much but I have a problem. When I test my first form and when I click
   on send everything goes well I get a message that the form has been sent. Except
   that I only receive the title. All the fields are empty. Example if my form is
   called FORM11 with a name field and well I receive in my mail: FORM1 and that’s
   it whereas I entered my name in the field. Thanks

 * I just realised that the problem is only when I send the form on my phone. On
   my PC everything is fine and the fields are filled in with the correct data

 * The Free support doesn’t follow the same 24-hour timeframe reply as Pro support
   but we do try to reply as faster as we can.
 * Unfortunately, when we share the Form as text on this ticket reply it will break
