# Empty Lines

 * Hello. I have the error – Inaccurate tracking of email opens and clicks – CAPTCHA
   not rendering correctly and I see there are 3 empty lines appearing at the top
   of the page. Can I use Notepad++ – Edit – Line Operations – Remove Empty Lines
   on all the Theme files without causing any problems?

 * Can you please clarify that you have three issues:
 * 1) “Inaccurate tracking of email opens and clicks”. Can you please provide more
   details about it?
 * 2) “CAPTCHA not rendering correctly”. Which captcha are you using? Can you please
   share a screenshot of what you see? Does the same happens with both MailPoet 
   captcha and Google reCaptcha?
 * 3) “There are 3 empty lines appearing at the top of the page”. Also, where do
   you see this exactly?

 * Hello Elvira K. Thank you for replying. I think I need to work harder on getting
   the plugin to work. I have made some progress which may suggest the 3 points 
   as advised by the plugin notification, may not be an issue. I will mark as resolved
   for now and continue to try and figure things out.
