 * Hi [@carlosburgos](https://wordpress.org/support/users/carlosburgos/),
    Your
   forums are not accessisble for guests, we can’t check it.
 * But I’m sure it’s a installaiton issue. Some tables don’t exist or damaged in
   database. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables admin
   page and check errors. If you found any please click on the [Solve database problems]
   button.

 * hi, the forum is accessible to guests, as you can see
 * as you told me, i pressed the solve button, but that topic still appears at the
   top of the forum
 * it is a topic that when pressed it takes me back to the forum index
 * in the previous query I left the link, but to see that topic [with the subject“
   dejar de atraer mismo patrón”] it is better to go to the root, by clicking here:
   [https://centropuntocero.com/foro/](https://centropuntocero.com/foro/)
 * thank you for your answer

 * Ok,
    First please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click
   on the [Delete all caches] button. The old topics may not be solved, just create
   a new one and test it.
 * Also, I see the forum page is caching by “W3 Total Cache”. This is not good.
   wpForo pages display dinamic information, but this cache plugin makes all static.
   Thus you see wrong infomration and data. wpForo has built-in cache system for
   forum pages, so you should exlude forum main page from W3 Total Cache plugin.
   This pugin should ahve an option to exlude a certain page, please find that option
   and exlude the forum page:
 * /foro
    /foro/ /foro/*

 * ok, i have deleted the forum caches, and i have configured w3 total cache to
   exclude the forum pages that you have indicated to me
 * in any case, the problem is still there: a topic that i cannot access, answer
   or delete 🤷‍♂️
 * can’t i do anything with this? thank you for your time 🙋‍♂️

 * Could you please remove that topic?
    I just want to make sure this is a topic
   specific issue, this is not a general issue. I think something is wrong exactly
   with that topic, all other works find. Am I right?

 * yes, i can access the other issues without problems
 * but when i try to get into the topic, clicking on it takes me back to the forum

   it’s as if that topic didn’t exist
 * how can i delete it?

 * Ok, then you should find it in Database. You should have a phpMyAdmin database
   manager in Hosting Service cPanle. In the phpMyAdmin, find your website database,
   then find wp_wpforo_topics table. Open that table (browse) and find the topic
   you want to remove. There are delete button for each topic:
