I’ve had a number of reservations come up empty (for lack of a better word). They are submitted through the front end just fine, but they never show up in pending. But somehow, they are in Book A Room. If you search for that branch on that day, [ they do show up](http://meetingrooms.davenportlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/empty-1.png) If you view the reservation, [there is no information](http://meetingrooms.davenportlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/empty-2.png) If you change the status to any of the options and hit submit, it takes you to the Pending reservations, where the reservation is not listed. If you try to edit the reservations, [you get this](http://meetingrooms.davenportlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/empty-edit.png) If you add information and hit submit, it will say [“The ID you are trying to view doesn’t exist”](http://meetingrooms.davenportlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/empty-3.png) * I can find no common factor for this error – no date, time, branch or room – and I can’t recreate the error, either. It seems to be completely random and it’s really troubling, since there’s no way to tell how often this is happening. * I’ve updated everything and deactivated all of the other plug-ins. I’ll put up a fix soon. We’re having the same “ghost” events happening every once in awhile. Events that don’t have any contact information attached, only the date, time and room are shown in the database table. And you can only view them in the “search” area of the admin area. * Did you ever resolve this?
