 * My Google Form looks terrible. I want to update it so that it matches the rest
   of my site. As far as I can tell, the first step towards doing this is to check
   the “Enable Custom CSS” button. I have spent hours trying to locate this button
   and it is driving me crazy.
 * Can you please tell me where I can locate it?

 * To enable Custom CSS, go to:
 * Dashboard->Settings->Google Forms
 * The checkbox is on the primary tab. You can also define Custom CSS on this page
   that you want to applied to all forms your site will use.
