 * Thanks for the awesome comments plugin.
 * One request, can give us options to have it only enqueue and register the plugin
   on requested posts/pages? Right now it’s slowing down my site by enqueuing on
   the homepage, where no comments are being used.

 * maybe instead of adding that function, could you tell me how to remove the add
   to wp_head and wp_footer actions that are putting extraneous scripts and code
   onto every page where the plugin isn’t being used?
