Enable Opening Control

    I would like to use the opening control feature to specify when the chat is available for users. but i have a problem. if i set the time to 10:00 pm to 01:00 am – it is not working. other settings like 06:00 pm to 08:00 pm are working fine.

    Hello,

    thank you for reporting this issue. I’m going to investigate and fix this. It’ll take some time to provide the fix (2-3 weeks I think). The opening control feature should be working. It is probably due the fact that the range of hours you have set has midnight inside.
