 * Will this plugin works on bbPress or is it just BuddyPress? I’m looking for a“
   Follow” feature where a user can follow other users so new posts by that user
   would get showed up.

 * If you follow a user in BuddyPress, you can see all the activity for that user
   under your “Activity > Following” page or via the “Following” tab on the Activity
   Directory page.
 * This would include bbPress content if you have set up bbPress properly with BuddyPress.
