# enabling JetpackCRM disables WordPress admin menu items

 * I have a WordPress site that has the free version of the JetpackCRM plugin installed
   on it.
 * I noticed today that there were several items from the WordPress admin menu missing,
   such as Dashboard, Users, Posts, Plugins, Appearance…
   I could still get to the
   missing pages by entering their url directly, eg. mysite.com/wp-admin/plugins.
   php for the plugins page.I have disabled ALL the plugins and changed the website
   theme to twenty-twenty-five to try to narrow down the missing menu items problem.
   Now, with NO plugins active, and the 2025 theme, the WordPress admin menu items
   disappear when I enable JetpackCRM and re-appear when I disable JetpackCRM.
 * I used to have both the full WordPress Admin menu AND the JetpackCRM menu options
   active at the same time.
 * Below are screenshots of the Admin menu with JetpackCRM enabled and disabled.
 * Any ideas what may be causing this?

 * Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!
 * Based on your tests and the screenshots you attached (thanks!) I suspect that
   your WP Admin is set to show only the CRM menu, while you clearly need to see
   also the “classic” WordPress menu.
 * Can you take a look at these documentation pages that explains how to set up 
   the different menu views and styles when Jetpack CRM is installed? You likely
   want to go for the Full or Slimline options:
