 * Hello everyone,
 * I am trying to enable network feature to create multisite website. I added define(‘
   WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’,true); code in my wp-config.php file and disabled my all
   active plugins as the warning says.
 * However I can still can’t enable the network feature. I can see one active plugin
   in my installed plugins section but I can’t see what the plugin is, plugin table
   is empty as shown in the screenshot?

 * Hi [@fikricetin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fikricetin/)
 * Have you followed all the [steps to create a network](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/create-a-network/)?

 * Thank for your response [@amieiro](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amieiro/).
   Yes, I was following the steps but I’m stuck at step 1 deactivating all the plugins.
   I’m deactivating all the plugins but the one plugin is still remains active on
   behind and I can not see which one is this, the active plugins table is empty
   as in the screenshot.

 * If you can access to the server, you can move all the `wp-content/plugins` folder
   to another place to avoid this problem and then, later, you can reverse this
   process?

 * Thank you for the suggestion I’ve just tried this and I’m still facing the same
   issue. I’ve realized that I have LiteSpeedCache plugin which not showing in the
   installed plugins table. I could not figure it out that how to uninstall this
   plugin. I can not see neither installed plugin table nor in the server folders.
   Maybe it’s coming pre-installed in the server when you buy wordpress hosting
   service from the company?

 * If you use an installation provided by your hosting, maybe they install this
   plugin as [mu plugin](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/must-use-plugins/).
   If you have the **wp-content/mu-plugins** folder, can you move its content to
   another place? If this doesn’t work, I suggest you to contact with your hosting.
