Looking closer at the image it seems like you’re using the Embed video from URL tab, so it’s most likely a JavaScript error. Can you open the developer console in your browser and check for errors? Does encoding work for videos that you have in your Media Library? What’s the URL of the video you’re trying to encode? Have used ‘Add from server’ to place into library and the encoding option appears and begins successfully! 2a… Do I have to keep the browser open to complete the action or can I change pages etc? * 3. Everything happens in the background. * I don’t think the size of the file should matter. I’d like to figure out what’s going on with the Embed from URL method.
