    How do I encode this?

       <a href="[sv slug='cert-link']">Click Here for Certificate</a>
       ```
   
 * It works without the [encode] but not sure how to get it to work here.

 * WordPress doesn’t support nested shortcodes, so I don’t think this is going to
   work.
