# Encoding for special characters

 * When products are sync’ed the titles have characters like “&” encoded improperly
   once they arrive in the Facebook store.

 * This is unfortunate you are experiencing this. Can you kindly share the following:
    - URL of the product on your WooCommerce Store
    - URL of the same product that is on Facebook store
    - We’d like to try to replicate the issue on our own site to help with troubleshooting.
    - Something else that might help is to rule out a plugin or theme conflict. 
      Can you disable all the plugins aside from WooCommerce extensions and switch
      to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)
      and see if the issue persists?
    - If doing this on your live site is not possible, can you create a duplicate
      site? We suggest using [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
      if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.
