 * Hello,
 * In the plugin, if you choose smsapi.pl, there is a small problem – the encoding
   =utf-8 parameter is missing, which should be added to each request with other
   parameters (from, to etc.). If encodining is utf-8, is possible to send a message
   containing special characters (including polish characters) otherwise an error
   is returned when sending messages.

 * Hope you are fine.
 * Please try to send SMS while the following option is activate:
    Dashboard > SMS
   > Settings > SMS Gateways > Message Options > Send as Unicode
 * I believe this option will help you to send Polish characters.
    If not, please
   contact us and we will find another solution.
