When I’m asking to encode my videos the get placed in the queue but nothing happens. I assume there is an error, but I wouldn’t know what. Both videos I put in Queue yesterday are still saying “Queued” after each of the formats. That’s at least something! 🙂 * Has anyone had the same problem? Is there a good way to decode these message to find an issue? Sometimes you’ll see this sort of problem because WP-Cron isn’t working. Try installing [WP Control](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/) and see if there are any jobs in the queue that aren’t executing. I however, don’t see any CRON job actions from Videopack. What Videopack actions should I be looking for? * On a side note; on the Videopack Encoding Queue page there is a play button in the top right corner, which when I click it briefly turns into a pause button before turning back to a play button. I’m not sure exactly what it’s supposed to do, but I would expect it to start the encoding, but that doesn’t seem to happen. * Thanks again! It was working but then I noticed “When possible, use the browser’s built-in video capabilities to make thumbnails instead of FFMPEG.” was checked.
