 * Hi friends,
    I recently came across suli.com.ph . They encode all there URL’s.
   [http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/2150687/referralKeywords/paid+to+click/GAGABUX.COM-newest+and+reliable+paid+to+click+site](http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/2150687/referralKeywords/paid+to+click/GAGABUX.COM-newest+and+reliable+paid+to+click+site)
 * now click on the banners that are located down there.
    its link is: [http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/link/u/http%3A%5B%5D%5B%5Dgagabux.com%5B%5Dregister.php%5B%5Dghab28.html/m/mastercondo28](http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/link/u/http%3A%5B%5D%5B%5Dgagabux.com%5B%5Dregister.php%5B%5Dghab28.html/m/mastercondo28)
 * but it should have been:
    [http://www.gagabux.com/register.php/Dghab28.html](http://www.gagabux.com/register.php/Dghab28.html)
 * How do they achieve it can anybody help me.
    I am using mystique for my website.
   I want the same effect as in sulit.com.ph with the fixed bar at the top on the
   new page. Can anybody help me….
