End section before next Widget?

This is a very useful plugin.
I am finding that the<section> tag does not end before the start of my next Black Studio TinyMCE Widget. Since i am using colored bars for my widget titles, things get messed up. The blue bar of the next title extends up and into the previous widget. I can fix this by putting in a <br clear="all"> at the end of my widget, but the reason I’m using this plugin is so my client won’t have to touch any HTML when editing her widgets. What seems to happen any time she makes an edit is that my break disappears.
Any ideas how to make a clean break between multiple widgets?
